COVID-19 / SICK POLICY
Please stay home when sick with any symptoms.
We continue to follow the guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the state of California. If you test positive for COVID-19, have respiratory symptoms, or were exposed to someone with COVID-19, you must notify the staff and follow the CDC's guidelines

All staff at Marissa McRay Pilates are fully vaccinated and compliant with CDC guidelines. Cleaning protocols, turn over times, and HEPA-13 air filters are in place.
SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to effectively manage our resources and provide accessible service to all our clients please note the following policies regarding scheduling and cancellation:
Recurring Dedicated Time Bookings:
Clients requesting weekly recurring dedicated time spots are required to purchase a package of services in advance. Appointments will not be booked beyond the number of sessions in a package. Cancellations of recurring appointments must be made 1 week in advance. Cancellations of pre-booked recurring appointments less than one week in advance will be deducted from the package. Requests to hold dedicated time spots for more than a month in advance will be charged a $100 holding fee monthly.

Non-Recurring Bookings:
There is a 48 HOUR Cancellation policy. Any appointments no-showed or not cancelled prior to the 48 hour limit will be charged for the missed session.

Group Classes:
Private Group classes are monthly membership based, thus no refunds or extra charges for missed classes

That being said, if you do have an emergency, please let us know so that we can treat your situation with personal attention.
COURSE/WORKSHOP CANCELLATION
There are no refunds for cancelled workshops or courses. All workshops and courses must be paid in full prior to the start of event.
LATE ARRIVAL
Classes and appointments begin at the time scheduled or listed. Please arrive early enough to prepare to start on time, usually 5 minutes before the scheduled time. To ensure the safety of your practice, there is no admittance later than 10 minutes after the start of class time.
SOCKS
Socks with non-slip bottoms are required not only to protect the equipment but to maximize safety for all clients.
PARKING
There is also ample 2 hour free parking on 23rd Street. Please check the signs to ensure you aren't parking during a street cleaning day to avoid a ticket, specifically Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
PAYMENT DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE
Payment is expected at the time of the appointment or in advance of your appointment time. We currently accept check, cash, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard & American Express
REFUNDS
There are no refunds for purchased sessions or packages. Purchases are non-transferable. All purchases expire within 12 months of purchase date.
CELL PHONES
We ask that you help us maintain a focused and peaceful environment by SILENCING your phone and refraining from using cell phones during your visit.
