Duet sessions are a great option for friends/partners who enjoy working out together.



Customized private mat or equipment groups. Use the skills gained from private and duet sessions to supplement and advance your practice in a motivating setting with your pilates peers. These can be created upon request, subject to instructor availability, and require a commitment to the weekly sessions. Your spot in the group is guaranteed and the sessions are customized to the needs of the group.
Mat group: 4-6 people (min-max)
Equipment groups: 3 people minimum
